INNOVATIVE, ECLECTIC SMALL-PLATE DINING IN A SLEEK, INDUSTRIAL-STYLE SPACE WITH AN OPEN KITCHEN.
Conceived by chef / owner Michael Bremner, 64 Degrees is an open-kitchen, small plate restaurant offering a concept of social dining where customers can interact with the chefs as they create the dishes right in front of you.
The restaurant is situated in the heart of the iconic Lanes of Brighton, although you could be forgiven for missing it as you walk past, with it only being large enough to fit 20 covers.
The menu consists of 12 dishes divided into three categories – Fish, Veg and Meat – all of which are designed for guests to share to sample as many (of few) as they wish. The skilled team of chefs concoct innovative plates of food and all contribute to an ever-evolving menu aimed to highlight the quality of great produce.
Within a year of opening in 2013 the restaurant was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand and has retained it ever since, 64 Degrees has also been named in the National Restaurant Awards Top 100 List every year of its existence, most recently being voted number 16 in the country.
