So Sussex in partnership with The Living Coast have developed a series of tried and tested bike rides. The rides are graded easy, medium and hard, so no matter your ability you will be able to find something that is suitable.

Each ride starts and finishes at a train station and includes:

• A GPS route map
• A description of some of the natural and cultural heritage features you will encounter on your ride
• An idea of places to stop for refreshments on the way
• Links to bike shops, guiding services and hire facilities in the region
• Suggestions on linking rides together

You can cycle most of the routes throughout the year, and it’s highlighted if this is not the case. The website is free to access and use.
