Heritage Jewellery Workshop

Nestled in the heart of the South Downs, in Ditchling, East Sussex, you'll find the gallery and workshop of luxury jewellery designer and bespoke jewellers Pruden and Smith.

Since 1988 Pruden and Smith have created handmade jewellery, blending a history of goldsmithing with nature-inspired designs. 

Rebecca Smith draws much of her inspiration from the natural world, be it the unprocessed, raw beauty of gemstones, the organic contours of the Sussex landscape, or the gradual, natural erosion witnessed along the chalky cliffs of the Seven Sisters on the Sussex shore.

Rebecca's designs are handmade in their workshop by skilled goldsmiths, emphasising authenticity over mass production – it's something truly special that sets them apart.
