Opened by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in 1975, The Seafood Restaurant is where it all began and is famous for establishing an international reputation for serving the very freshest fish and shellfish. This sleek venue celebrates Cornish produce, sourcing many of the ingredients locally, to create simple seafood dishes and classic flavours using Rick’s recipes. At the heart of the restaurant, there is a seafood bar where you can watch chefs assembling platters of oysters, langoustines and sashimi. Outside, the terrace offers the ideal place to soak up the summer sun, whilst gazing across the scenic Camel Estuary.
