We are a small licensed Guest House. We have 9 en-suite bedrooms. All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV, clock radio, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

We have a well stocked bar including a selection of Real Ales from Paignton’s local brewery, Bays Brewery. We also sell their Windfall Cider made from 100% West Country apples.

You are more than welcome to relax in our TV lounge with its comfy seating.

Guests are welcome to enjoy our gardens, including our fantastic deck, where you can relax and take in the peace & quiet whilst you have a pot of tea or something stronger!

There is so much to see and do in and around Paignton. We are a mere 10 minute walk from 2 great beaches and Paignton town centre.

Dartmouth Steam Railway and Torbay Leisure Centre are also just a short walk from us. The Palace Theatre in Paignton has a variety of shows throughout the year from drama to music and tribute bands. Paignton Zoo is a 5 minute drive away and well worth a visit.

Goodrington beach is only a 10 minute walk away where you will find Quaywest Water Park and many other water attractions. The south West Coast path can be joined here. What is better than walking by the sea and sampling food from it as you go? There are several places serving local seafood throughout The English Riviera. The nearest to us are Cantina in Goodrington and TJ’s in Paignton, both are well worth a visit.

The English Riviera has something for everyone, from the young person to the not so young and we are sure that we have the accommodation that suits your needs.
