The Snug is set in the grounds of Lymington Cottage up a lane in the country side between Truro and Falmouth, with extensive private gardens, beautiful trees, flowers and shrubs.  There is a river walk, a wild flower meadow and an orchard, all of which you are welcome to enjoy. The Snug is close to the coast to coast cycle path which passes nearby and close to Devoran (good food pub, bus stops, creek, quay and excellent bird watching) with bicycles to hire near by. 

It is also an easy 3/4 mile walk to the village of Perranwell with a really good pub and shop, and a 10 minute walk up the lane to the local branch line station that runs between Truro and Falmouth, where the bus stops as well. So those of you who want to leave the car behind and explore will find it most convenient.
