Set in the heart of Padstow, our informal and modern bistro is renowned for its lively and charming atmosphere. Providing for all occasions, the bar offers an escape from the busy streets of Padstow, whilst the courtyard and garden enable alfresco eating to make use of the Cornish sunshine - well-behaved dogs are also welcome here! The menu celebrates local produce, and is strongly influenced by Rick’s Mediterranean travels. 

Next door to St Petroc's Bistro, Ruby's Bar provides an escape from the busy streets in the summer months or the cold winter air later in the season. The welcoming hideaway provides a space of tranquility, where you can enjoy the stylish décor, roaring fire and well stocked bar. Serving a selection of boutique gins, as well as some of Rick and Jill Stein’s favourite wines, spirits, lagers and beers.
