Porlock Bay Oysters started in the 1800s, harvesting of native oysters did out in the 1890s due to over fishing, they are now back being farmed in a sustainable way.

Porlock Bay has excellent water and adds a very special flavor to the oysters, restaurants all over the country ask for our oysters, a truly unique flavor and texture.
