One of the oldest surviving buildings in Tintagel, dating back to the 14th century, step inside to discover it's history
Looked after by the charity National Trust, since 1903, Tintagel Old Post Office is a medieval manor house in miniature. At more than 600 years old this is one of Cornwall's oldest domestic buildings. Used by a number of businesses throughout the Victorian period, its final function was as the village's letter-receiving office. The cottage garden hidden at the back offers a welcome retreat.
Uneven surfaces and steep stairways visitors are welcome to explore as much of the property as they like. Wheelchair ramp and access guide to show bedroom information available.
