A warm welcome awaits you on our family farm with 8 comfortable cottages and lodges all equipped to a high standard. Our largest lodge sleep 8 and our smallest cottage is perfect for 2 or 3 with space for a cot, in total we can welcome 40 guests. For groups of friends and families there’s a spacious function room with its own kitchen where you can all get together.
Experience the peace and tranquillity of our valley location overlooking the sea where the only sounds are of nature with no traffic noise. Walk to the beach at Lee Bay and the village pub, explore the South West Coast Path, enjoy golden sandy beaches at nearby Woolacombe, Croyde, Putsborough and Saunton or explore beautiful Exmoor National Park. Each cottage and lodge has its own garden or deck, many with sea views; guests can explore the farm, have fun in the games room and make new friends in the outdoor play area. There’s a farm shop on site with farm produced meat, home cooked meals and essential groceries; join in with the animal feeding every day and take a tractor & trailer ride around the farm with Farmer Tony – it’s the perfect English Coast holiday destination for all ages where great holiday memories are made.

Five of our cottages and lodges are single storey, some have level access and others just a few steps so are suitable for people with limited mobility.
