The hotel is conveniently located just 8-minutes’ walk from the Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays.  The hotel has 90-ensuite bedrooms including family rooms, a restaurant, café, bar, swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, skittles alley and snooker room. The property boasts one of the largest conference and event facilities in Portsmouth. The largest conference room, 'Trafalgar’ can host up to 350 persons theatre-style and 290 persons for banquets. Our state-of-the-art meeting rooms are equipped with the latest technology including projector screens, superfast wi-fi as well as a dedicated professional business team that will help you with your meeting planning down to the final details. There are several function rooms suitable for small board meetings, larger plenary sessions, breakouts, banquets, late night parties, celebrations and weddings.  This is the ideal location for business travellers and family holidays.

The Trustees of The Royal Maritime hotel adopted the Access all Areas policy. The hotel is located just 200 metres from Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and a five-minute walk from shops and restaurants in Gunwharf Quays.
