A contemporary all day venue between Poole and Bournemouth

The Grasshopper is a fantastic contemporary, multi-occasion and multi area venue, serving the needs of the local community around Parkstone, Poole and Bournemouth.

It features many brewery artefacts from the old Victorian brewery in Blandford, including the mash tun plates in the entrance lobby and bottles discovered behind the fascia in the Maltings during the refurbishment of 2015/16. In addition, the neon sign that lights up the rear car park is a recreation of Picasso’s Grasshopper, which used to sit above the entrance from 2007 – 2017.
