COVID-19 ADVICE: The trail is all outdoors and self-guided so allows for social distancing. You do not need to enter any attractions or indoor areas to complete the trail. If planning to stop for lunch, there are several take away options but you will need to book ahead for sit down meals. Allow extra time for exploring the beach and detouring into attractions to make a day of it.
The terrain in Robin Hood’s Bay is both steep and uneven, with cobbles and steps to negotiate, and potentially slippery paving slabs underfoot. Therefore, sturdy shoes are recommended. It is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchair users. The suggested route is 1.2 miles.
