Julie and Iain would love to welcome you to their family home Townend Farm B&B for that well deserved break. Townend Farm is a large grand farmhouse which is decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The farmhouse was constructed from local sandstone in the 1800s being set in its own grounds, ample free parking is provided. We are located at the gateway to the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, with many wonderful features and benefits from stunning countryside views. You will receive a very warm and friendly welcome on your arrival and a hearty breakfast to set you up for your days exploring the surrounding area. Since starting our Bed and Breakfast in 2007 we have received over this time many Awards for our food, service and hospitality, our most recent being in the Visit England prestigious 4 Star GOLD award granted in December 2016.  The GOLD Award is presented for exceptional quality of accommodation, customer service and hospitality, we are proud to hold the Breakfast Award from Visit England as the UK Hotel - Bed & Breakfast awarding body, this compliments our Gold grade and 4* awards, so you can be assured of a great quality breakfast experience having stayed in our well appointed ensuite bedrooms.
