The Salt Room is a modern British seafood restaurant located on the Brighton seafront

Winner of the Seafish Restaurant of the Year in 2017, The Salt Room serves feasting platters of whole market fish and shellfish, in addition to a variety of dishes that celebrate the best of local produce.

Located on Brighton's seafront, the restaurant boasts beautiful views of the iconic West Pier from their glass fronted mezzanine and private dining room. In warmer weather, the shaded terrace is the perfect place for al fresco dining and drinking. As well as the a la carte offering, The Salt Room also offers a cocktail bar, afternoon tea and Sunday sharing roasts.

The restaurant offers flexible dining for large groups and is able to cater for groups from 10 to 100 people.
