SUP Adventures is an Academy of Surf Instructors (ASI) Accredited Stand up paddle board school and operates at Sandsend, Saltburn, Scaling Dam and the River Tees (Yarm) & Esk (Whitby).
Learn the basics of SUP in a fun and relaxed ways. We also offer improver SUP lessons that include improved paddle technique, yoga, fitness programmes and retreats.

Accessibility Information

SUP Introduction classes are accessible to all. However, as a minimum you must be able to swim a minimum of 50 metres.
