High Barn Cottages, tranquil, rural and luxurious, are set around a spacious, sunny courtyard with plentiful seating. All cottages have additional private patio areas, with delightful views over fields towards the sea. Situated in a lovely natural space, High Barn is bordered by mature trees, containing bird and bat boxes, , a wildflower meadow, fruit trees and a dew pond.

Each of the five cottages, sleeping up to four persons, offers two generous en-suite bedrooms, a luxury kitchen area, spacious living-rooms providing every comfort and featuring log-burning stoves. Freeview TV and free WiFi. Our cosy cottages are both toasty warm and energy efficient, combining eco- friendly wind-generated power and ground source heating. We're proud recipients of the Green Tourism Gold Award. 

RSPB Bempton Cliffs, famed for puffins, gannets and other seabirds is just down the road. Flamborough Head, Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough are part of our local neighbourhood.

Two of our cottages offer ground floor accommodation suitable for the less mobile . Each has one of the two en-suite bedrooms equipped with an en-suite wet room.
