We pride ourselves on using local seafood, we source kippers, potted shrimps, fresh crab, cod and smoked salmon from local firm Swallows of Seahouses on the Northumberland coast. Our unsmoked salmon comes from Ross Dougal of Eyemouth and D R C Collins while our hot smoked salmon and sea bass comes from D R C Collins of Eyemouth.
Our evening menu features dishes that change with the seasons but smoked salmon and kippers are permanent fixtures and firm favourites for breakfast.
