Sewerby Hall and Gardens is uniek gelegen op een dramatische klif met een spectaculair uitzicht over Bridlington en ligt in een park van begin 19e eeuw aan het begin van de 19e eeuw. Het biedt voor elk wat wils, van de prachtige tuinen tot het diepgeworte

Maak een reis terug naar de vroege jaren 1900 om te zien hoe het huis eruit zou hebben gezien. Het spannende tentoonstelling- en evenementenprogramma heeft iets voor het hele gezin. De dierentuin is de plek om de kinderen bezig te houden, met een fascinerende verzameling zoogdieren en vogels. Onze avontuurlijke speeltuin voor kinderen heeft een spannend nautisch thema dat kinderen van alle leeftijden zal aanspreken.

Het Clock Tower Café serveert een breed scala aan warme en koude gerechten, waaronder versgemalen koffie, dagschotels, zelfgemaakte scones en flapjack, cakes, broodjes en soep. Vegetarische, veganistische en glutenvrije opties zijn ook beschikbaar.

Toegankelijkheids Informatie

The house and estate are disabled-friendly and there are a small amount of parking bays for blue badge holders. There are some steps around the estate especially on the Woodland Walk where the path is surfaced with bark chippings. Alternate access routes are clearly sign-posted.

To enjoy the house and grounds to their fullest, visitors with walking difficulties may need to consider bringing their own mobility aids. Please be aware that the pathway from the car park to the house has a slight incline and is approximately 200 metres long.

Disabled access to the house itself is at the rear of the building through the courtyard and there is a lift to all floors. Due to conservation issues motorised wheelchairs, buggies or scooters are not permitted in the house or the first floor of the Old Laundry Block. We have a small amount of hand-pushed wheelchairs for use inside and these are available on a first come, first served basis.
