The Coal Shed is an intimate restaurant located in Brighton's historic lanes. Specializing in sharing cuts of rare breed steak roasted over coal on a Josper Grill, the restaurant also offers refined a la carte meat and seafood dishes.

Named as one of the best restaurants in the UK by the prestigious Observer Food Monthly awards, The Coal Shed offers lunch and dinner seven days a week, as well as their famous Sunday sharing roasts.

In addition to their main dining room, The Coal Shed's private dining room, The Chef's Library, is also available for groups up to 14 and a delicious three course dining menu is offered. The restaurant can also be exclusively hired for larger groups and bespoke packages are created.
