A beautiful small eco friendly friendly campsite

The Barn at Easington campsite is contained within a beautiful thirty acre farm on the coast of the unique Durham magnesian limestone plateau. The Barn is also an educational centre specialising in outdoor nature based learning, residential and non‑­­residential courses. The Barn specialises in Shinrin Yoku Forest Bathing and campers can book a workshop as part of their stay. The campsite is small and low impact and enables visitors to connect with the wild life. The Barn has 2 6 berth static caravans to hire, a camping pod and a fully equipped Micro lodge as well as 6 tent pitches. The site has showers, toilets,an outside washing up and covered eating area. We allow fires  provide fire pits. Wood and fresh eggs from our chickens are avaiable to buy on site.It is necessary to book before your stay. Sadly we don,t  take touring caravans or motor homes but have space for small campers vans.
