Each holiday home has a spacious garden, and the park boundaries overlook open farmland offering glimpses of the South Downs and the occasional sail on the harbour waters.

A resident Manager lives on the park all year, to assist you in the summer and look after your holiday home in the winter. Well behaved dogs are permitted on the park.
