Our self catering holiday cottages can sleep up to 46 in total. We have 6, 3 bedroom cottages that sleep 6/7, 2, 2 bedroom cottages that sleep 4/5 and a cosy one bedded apartment that sleeps 2. All our cottages have their own private enclosed garden and are dog friendly, we offer day kennels if needed.Hall Farm is perfect for group bookings and we have a Games/ Function Room available which can hold up to 50 for dining if needed. All our cottages are accessible with a downstairs bedroom with an en suite wet room, we supply various equipment such as electric chairs, shower chairs and toilet seats, we can also bring in profile beds and hoists.We are offer the perfect location to enjoy the East Coast with the closest beach being 20 mins away, we have our own accessible path to the River Ant where we have private moorings and fishing.We have our own accessible fishing lake and can offer our meadow and lake for themed holidays such as painting and yoga.
