The Golden Hind Museum Ship is a full size replica of Sir Francis Drake's iconic ship from the Tudor age of exploration

The ship is celebrated as the first English vessel to circumnavigate the world and which also brought back enough treasure to pay off the national debt. The ship has been the focal point of Brixham's beautiful harbour for over fifty years. Children enjoy visiting a real life 'pirate ship' and adults enjoy learning about the fascinating history.
