Detached bungalow in own large private garden as well as an old orchard area, in quiet village location between Boston and Spalding in South Lincolnshire

One double bedroom, one twin, cot and high chair available on request. WiFi  included.    Period feel to furnishings but comfortable and convenient throughout. Sitting room with Smart TV, bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen (fully equipped for 4 people) and sun lounge with dining area as well as 2 casual chairs for a quiet read. Fridge-freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine and full size cooker. Oil-fired central heating with additional coal effect electric fire in sitting room. Patio with garden furniture for alfresco meals. Large gravelled driveway with ample parking.  Bird watching nearby at RSPB reserve. Easy access to Wash sea bank and coastal path. Network of quiet country lanes for cyclists. Boston with its links to the Pilgrim Fathers is 8 miles away.   Traditional seaside resort of Skegness a bit further north, and Hunstanton further to the east along Norfolk coast.  Stamford, Lincoln, Sandringham and various stately homes each an easy car drive away.

One step up from entrance porch into kitchen or into utility room.  Property suitable for partially disabled visitors, but not wheel chair dependent.
