Set on a quayside at Jackson Dock, you can climb aboard HMS Trincomalee, one of the world’s oldest surviving warships still afloat, and explore the spaces where sailors’ lives unfolded on board and ashore.

Around the quayside, hands‑on activities, live demonstrations and atmospheric settings bring these stories to life from the rhythm of daily routines to the realities of naval service. It’s an active, engaging day out where you don’t just read about history, you step straight into it.
