The park of 15 acres, with just 120 holiday static caravans are attractively arranged with large open grass spaces where possible. A large grass play area provides plenty of space for a game of football or enjoying the beautiful wild flowers. A footpath along the side of the rife leads to the nearby beach and cafe.

Inland you are close to the South Downs National Park, ideal for walking and for visiting the many unspoilt Sussex villages with their traditional pubs and shops.
